– Weekly accommodation: Yes, you need to pay the Security Deposit, which will be refunded at the end of the contract when you leave the property and after an inspection has been carried out.
– 3 month contract accommodation: Yes, you need to pay the Security Deposit and it’s the full amount of the rent, which will be refunded following the agreement rules.

– Weekly accommodation: From 2 weeks to 1 month. Can be renewed if needed.
– 3 month contract accommodation: 3 months. Can be renewed as long as both parts agree

Dream Abroad works with different types of accommodation. All our houses are shared and we offer different types of bedrooms:
– Double bedroom: Ideal for a couple
– Single bedroom: Ideal for those who don’t want to share a bedroom
– Single bed in a shared bedroom: You will share the bedroom with someone else but with single beds in the bedroom. It’s a great option for those who come to Ireland with a friend.
– Triple bedroom: If you are looking for an option that has a lower price than the single-shared bedroom this one is the best choice. Also, it’s an unforgettable option for a group of friends.
The common area of these houses is the responsibility of all residents.
For all houses, the agreement rules are applied and must be followed in order to provide the best environment.

If you are already a Dream Abroad customer, don’t forget to read the property’s manual carefully and follow all the guidelines.

All residents are responsible for the house during the agreement period. If you would like to vacant the bedroom before the agreement finishes, you can transfer the agreement for a new resident as per the approval of the company. However, if you leave the property before the agreement ends and without a notice notification (1-month notice notification) your deposit will be taken.

You must notify us 30 days prior to the end of your contract in writing to dreamabroadcork@gmail.com – Be aware that we don’t accept the one-month notice notification by Whatsapp. It must be sent to our email address with the following info: House address, bedroom number, full name, leaving date and bank details.

Once you have left the house, give the keys back and when the inspection is completed your deposit will be paid within 5 working days of the checkout.
*Note that the vacancy/property must be clean and organised so that cleaning is not discounted.
 **The client must send the bank information (IBAN) by email, formalizing the exit. In case of international transfers, the list of information necessary to carry out the transfer must be requested by email and an international transfer fee may be discounted.
